Giving back around the globe

The Dehal Investment Partners team is passionate about philanthropy. We give of our time, talent and treasure to causes we care deeply about, setting an example for others as responsible stewards of wealth.

In 2020, financial advisor Michael Dehal was recognized for his charitable commitment, winning the Wealth Professional Award for Excellence in Philanthropy and Community Service. He serves as CEO of the Cleft Prevention International Foundation, an organization aimed at educating women and families around the world to decrease the prevalence of cleft lip and palate anomalies by implementing cleft prevention programs through education and research. He knows firsthand the challenges these children face, having been born with a cleft lip and palate.

Michael also serves on the family services committee at the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association to help provide resources and support to children and families affected by cleft and craniofacial conditions. He supports a program called Cleft Bears, sending teddy bears to children born with cleft lip and palate as a gesture of encouragement to help them embrace their differences.

A frequent traveler to India, he also supports several orphanages in the country and is passionate about helping children and people with disabilities. He supports more than 150 children in India, providing resources such as water filtration systems to improve their standard of living.
